Beetroot omelette

Ingredients:

1 onion
1 green chilli
1 tsp garlic ginger paste
1 beetroot
Coriander leaves
3 eggs
Butter
Salt

Method:

1) Remove the beetroot's skin and grate the beetroot
2) In a pan , add some oil and heat it. Add chopped onion and green chilli and saute them well.
3) Add ginger garlic paste. make sure the mixture is well cooked.
4) Add the grated beetroot and salt to the mixture and cook them well for 5 min. Once cooked, turn off the stove and let the beetroot mixture cool.
5) Meanwhile, in another bowl, add 3 beateb eggs and mix it with coriander leaves.
6) Once the beetroot mixture has cooled, add the mixture to the egg mixture and mix them well.
7) Using a spoon,  scoop small amount of beetroot mixture at a time and fry it like a omelette/ patty in a pan that contains butter instead of oil.
