OK its been sometime I last posted something on this blog thanks to my hectic schedule. So here it goes. Finally I got the perfect Fish and Chips after repeatedly trials :)
Ingredients:
Fish fillet - I prefer Angoli fish as the taste is rich though its expensive
1/2 tsp black paper
1/4 tsp salt
1 plate of plain flour thick paste - Or any other types of flour that is used to coat wings/ fish before
frying for crunchier taste
1 bowl of 1 egg beaten
1 plate of breadcrumbs
Method:
1. Marinate the fish fillet with salt and black pepper and let it rest for about 15 min.
2. After marinating the fish, coat it first into a plate of flour paste, followed by egg and rolling it onto
the plate of breadcrumbs.
3. Fry well on both sides before resting on a piece of paper towel
