Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower
2-3 tsp corn flour
2-3 tsp sambar powder (Those who prefer spicy taste, can use chilli powder instead)
Salt
2-3 tsp yogurt
1 tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves

Method:

1) Add corn flour, sambar powder, salt, and some water and mix them well and make it into a paste.
2) Then add cauliflower and mix them well.
3) Deep fry them.
4) In another pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute them well.
5) Add yogurt ( on  a low flame, otherwise it will burn) and saute all them well
6) Finally add the deep fried cauliflower and mix them well for 2 min. The crunchy cauliflower is ready!
