Mixed vegetable

Ingredients

1 cup of broccoli
1 cup carrot
1 cup corn flour mixed with water
Ginger-garlic-onion mixture [ 1/2 : 3 : 1/2 ]
Little light soy sauce
Black pepper

Method:

1) Put some oil and add the ginger- garlic- onion and stir fry for a 1 min
2) Put the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 min to remove any bacteria
3) Add vegetables, light soy sauce, corn flour water and black pepper. Let it cook for 7 - 10 min under low heat .
