Fried Mee Goreng

Ingredient:

1) 3 tb grinded dried chilli
2) 1 Onion
3) 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4) 1 Beancurd
5) 2 eggs + 1 green chilli + onion + salt mixture
6) Bean sprout
7) 1 potato diced
8) Tomato sauce
9) Soy Sauce (light and dark)
10) Mixed Vege
11) Noodles
12) Salt

Method:

1) Add onion and saute it well.
2) Add chilli padi, ginger garlic paste and saute it well for about 10 minutes until u notice a change in the colour of the chilli padi.
3) Meanwhile, in another pan, cut the beancurd into small pieces and fry it. Keep it aside.
4) In the same pan, fry the diced potato
5) Now add the fried beancurd and potato into the chilli padi mixture. Add bean sprout and mix them well.
6) Push the mixture to one side of the pan and add the beaten egg. Let the egg be cooked.
7) Mix the cooked egg to the mixture.
8) Add the mixed vege and cook them well for a min. Add the noodles.
9) Add tomato sauce and soy sauces.
10) Add salt for taste and mix them well for 5 minutes.
