Fish Curry

Ingredients:
1 tsp urad dhal
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
curry leaves
1 onion

1st plate (mix them well to form a paste)
Ginger garlic paste
Baba's chilli powder
A bit of water

1 brinjal
1 - 2 tomato
Tarmarind juice

Fish

Method:
1) In a pan, add oil. Add urad dhal, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustards seeds, curry leaves and finely cut onion and saute them well.
2) Then add the mixture found in plate 1 and saute them well.
3) Then add the brinjal and tomatoes.
4) Add the tarmarind juice.
5) Add extra water to your desired amount. Let the entire mixture be cooked well until it boils.
6) Once the mixture has been cooked well, add fish. Let it cook for another 7 min .
