Ingredients
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
Curry leaves
2 green chilli
Sardine
White pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
1 tomato
Lemon juice
Method:
1) In a pan, saute the ginger garlic paste, finely cut onion, curry leaves and green chillis
2) After sauting, add the sardine with the tomato sauce, pepper , turmeric powder and salt and saute teh mixture well.
3) Add tomato and lemon juice . Let it cook well for 3- 5 min.
Note: lemon juice is used to remove the smell of the sardine. If you wish to cook sardine curry in place of piratal, then use tarmarind juice.
