Italian Broccholi and potato

Ingredients:

Broccoli (florets separated)
Potato (diced into small cubes)
2 teeth garlic chopped
Italian mixed herb
Black pepper
Salt
Olive oil

Method:

1) In a pan, add some olive oil
2) Add garlic and saute them
3) Add broccoli, potato, herbs, pepper, salt and mix them well
4) Add some water. Remember, that this is a dry dish. Close the lid.
5) Its cooked in 5 min
