Amma's Scrambled Egg Fish Spicy Sambal

Ingredients:

2 onions chopped
1 small ginger piece
5 garlic teeth
1/2 tsp aginomoto
Grinded dry chilli paste
Fried fish
Scrambled egg
Salt

Method:

1) Fry egg - with salt and egg added.
2) Fry fish - with turmeric powder, Baba fish masala and salt.
3) In a pan of oil, add grinded dry chilli paste, salt and aginomoto and saute them for 5 - 7 min until
    the paste turns dark red.
4) Add onion, garlic and ginger and saute them well.
5) Add fried fish and egg and mix them well for 3 min.
