Mee Goreng

Ingredients:

Tofu fried
Fish cake sliced medium pieces vertically
2 tb chilli paste
1.5 tsp garlic paste
1-2 eggs beaten with some salt added
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sweet sauce
Salt

Method:

1. In a wok, add enough oil and add chilli paste and sauté well until the raw smell of chilli disappears.
2. Add garlic paste and sauté well
3. Add the beaten eggs and cook well.
4. Add the noodles, light soy sauce, sweet sauce, fishcake, tofu and some salt and cook them well at
    medium temperature for abt 5 minutes.
