Potato Cashew nut cutlet / Broccoli Cashew nut cutlet

Ingredients:

2 boiled and mashed potatoes
Coriander leaves chopped
1 green chilli chopped finely
1 onion chopped
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Pinch of turmeric powder
2 tb chopped cashew nuts
Bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp salt

Method:

1. In a bowl of mashed potato, mix everything above except the egg and breadcrumbs
2. Make it into a patty and coat with egg first.
3. Roll it onto a plate of breadcrumbs and fry both sides.



Note:

If you wish to add broccoli,

1. Blanche the cut broccoli in hot water for 1 - 2 minutes and place them on the dry towel and
dry them.
2. Put into a blender and pulse the broccoli for about 4 times. Don t blend them finely.
3. Mix the pulsed broccoli with cashew nuts and boiled potatoes and fry the mixed vegetables as cutlets
