Ingredients:
1- 1.5 cups whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 - 3 tb grated Mozzarella cheese
Pinch of nutmeg powder
Pinch of black pepper
Salt
Method
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk flour into butter until smooth.
2. Pour milk little at a time into butter mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to combine. Make sure all the lumps are removed.
3. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted about 3 minutes.
4. Lastly season with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder.
Note: You can use this as a dip for cooked cauliflower and broccholi
