Twice baked potato ( French cuisine)

This is really a simple dish and since I m unwell at the moment, i was having the urge to eat something cheesy and hence decided to make this French cuisine .


Ingredients:

Potatoes
Black pepper
Salt 
A stick of unsalted butter
Grated cheddar cheese
Warm milk
Thymes leaves herbs
Parsley leaves herbs

Method:

1.Scrub the russet potato ( any potato would do actually) Clean under running water. Wrap it with aluminum foil and bake it in oven until it's soft inside 
2. Cut the potato into half and scop the middle portion of the cooked potato as much as you can leaving behind a thin circular layer of cooked potato together the skin intact. 
3. Meanwhile in another bowl, add a stick of butter, salt, black pepper, the scooped potato, abit milk( about 1.5-2tb milk) and a tinge of cheddar cheese and mix them well. 
4. Take the mixture and refill the empty potato until it's full. Top with grated cheddar cheese, a tinge of parsley and thyme leaves... Bake it this time ( without any foil) until the cheddar cheese turns brown and is cooked.
