Capsicum Potato stir fry

Ingredients:

1 Capsicum (green)
2 potatoe
1 Onion
Curry leaves
2 green chilli
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt

Method:

1) Boil the potato until they are almost soft. After boiling the potatoes, peel their skin and cut them them into small pieces.
2) In a pan, add some oil and suate the onions.
3) After sauting, add the curry leaves, ginger paste and green chilli and saute them for one min,
4) Add the turmeric and chilli powder.
5) Add the diced capsicum and salt and cook them for about 5 min.
6) Add the potatoes, sprinkle some water and cook them for 3 min.

This is a Keralite dish and tastes awesome.
