Hot Plate Prawns and Egg Tofu

Ingredients

Egg Tofu (about 10 to 12. Family size)
Prawns (make sure u deshell them)

On 1st plate (marination for half an hour)
3 eggs
1 tsp Baba's fish masala
1 tsp Ginger garlic mixture
Pinch of salt

On a 2nd plate
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp black soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper
Pinch of salt

Method:

1) Fry the egg tofu and place the fried tofus aside.
2) Mix all the ingredients in Plate 1 with prawns. Marinate them and leave them aside for half an hour. After marination, fry them well and place them aside.
3) Add the ingredients in Plate 2 and three beaten eggs and mix them well.


4) On a hot plate, place it on a stove. Add some drops of oil and add the fried prawns and tofus neatly on the plate. Then pour the egg mixture all over the prawns and tofus and close the mixture with a lid. Make sure its cooked on a low flame for abt 3 to 5 mins.
