Fried Rice

Ingredients:

1) 1 Onion
2) 2 cloves garlic
3) 1 potato diced
4) Mixed vegetables (green peas, corn and carrot)
5) Finely cut long beans
6) 2 eggs
7) 1 piece green chilli
8) 1/2 tsp chilli powder
9) 1 cup Basmati rice
9) Salt for taste

Method:

1) Add onion and finely cut garlic in a pan of oil and saute them well.
2) Add potato and let it fry for about 7 minutes.
3) Add long beans and fry it for 10 minutes.
4) Once the potato - long beans mixture is cooked, add the mixed vege and let it cook for about 5 minutes
5) Shift the mixture to one side of the pan and add the beaten egg-onion-green-chilli-salt mixture. Let the egg mixture fry.
6) Once the egge has been cooked, mix the egg with the rest of the vegetables for 1 minute
7) Add chilli powder and salt. Mix them well.
8) Add cooked rice and mix them well for a minute.
