Fish Puttu

Ingredients
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dhal
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 onion
curry leaves
2 green chillis
1/2 - 1 tsp turmeric powder
I egg
I fish ( prefer shark)
Coconut grating
Coriander leaves
Pinch of salt

Method:
1) Steam the fish and tear the cooked fish into smaller pieces and place it in a container
2) In a pan, add some oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dhal, fennel seeds and saute them well.
3) Add ginger garlic paste, onion, curry leaves and chilli. Saute the mixture well.
4) Add turmeric, salt and let the mixture cook well.
5) Shift the mixture to a side and add 1 beaten egg .. Make sure that the egg is well cooked by scrambling it well.
6) When the egg mixture has been cooked, add the cooked fish. Mix them well for a minute.
7) For taste, add cocnut gratings and mix them well.
8) Add coriander leaves to the mixture and mix them well. This is for garnishing purpose.
