Fish Ketchup

Ingredients:

1) 4 garlic teeth , 3cm ginger, 2 green chilli and 1 onion all finely chopped
2) 1/2 tb sugar
3) 1/2 tb light soy sauce
4) 3 tb sweet sauce
5) 1tb vinegar
6) Pinch of salt
6) Fried fish (fish fried with salt and Baba fish masala powder. its good to marinate them overnight in
    fridge)

Method:

1) Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and onion and saute them well
2) Add light soy sauce, sweet sauce , vinegar, sugar and water (abt 4 -5 tb) and mix them well and
    allow the mixture to cook well under low flame for 5 min.
                                                   
3) Add fried fish and cook them well for 5 minutes and add pinch of salt before switching off the  
    stove

Note: soy sauce already contains salt so add pinch of salt
