Amma's Egg curry

Ingredients:

1) Spice mix - 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cardamon seeds, 4 cloves, 1  staranise
2) 1 tsp fennel seeds
3) 1 onion
4) Curry leaves
5) Masala mix paste - 1 tb fish masala, 1 tb mutton masala, 1 tsp ginger-garlic, some water
6) 1 tomato
7) 1 - 2 potatos
8) Hard boiled eggs
9) Salt

Method:

1) In a pan of oil, saute the spice mix.
2) Add fennel seeds and 1 onion chopped finely. Cook the onion until its transparent.
3) Add curry leaves and saute the mixture well.
4) Add the masala mix and mix well. Add chopped tomato.
5) Add water (as per how much curry you want) and salt and let it boil for 15 minutes.
6) After 15 minutes, add the potatoes (medium pieces) and let the potato in the curry be cooked until
    the potato becomes soft.
7) Add the hard boiled eggs.
8) Add abit of salt again as per your taste and cook for another 3 minutes. [ Note: potato tends to
    absorb salt]
