Sotong Curry (Sotong Pirattal)

Ingredients:

1) 1 tsp mustard seeds
2) 1tsp fennel seeds
3) 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
4) 1 onion
5) Curry leaves
6) Baba fish masala powder
7) Ginger garlic paste
8) 1 large potato diced
9) 2 tomato diced
10) Sotong
11) 1 tsp salt
12) 1 cup tarmarind juice

Method:

1) In a pan, add enough water and steam the sotong until all the water evaporate at medium flame. Set that aside
2) In another pan, add oil and add mustard seeds, fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds. Saute them well.
3) Add onion and curry leaves and cook well.
4) Add baba fish masala-ginger garlic paste - water mixture
5) Let the whole mixture be cooked well for 15 minutes at medium flame
6) Add the potato, sotong, tomato and tarmarind juice. Cook well at medium flame for 15 minutes. Switch off the stove
