My mom introduced a new recipe, fried pumpkin . It tastes yummy. For those who don t have time to do pumpkin kootu, u can alternatively do this dish. It tastes crunchy!
Ingredients:
Slices of pumpkin
2 tb rice flour 2
1tb corn flour
1/2 tb Plain flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt for taste
1) add all the above ingredients and add some water at a time until the batter is slightly watery.
2) Put the slices of pumpkin into the batter and take one piece each and fry them until golden brown
