Tau - egg sambal (spicy)

Ingredients:

1) 1 onion
2) 1 tb ginger garlic paste
3) Dry red chilli paste
4) Tomato Puree (Ususally I grind 2 tomatoes with 1/2 tsp sugar instead of using tomato sauce... Healthier)
5) Tau
6) Fried scrambled egg (optional) / fully boiled eggs
7) Salt

Method:

1) Fry the tau and set them aside.
2) Similarly fry the egg and set them aside
3) In a pan, add oil and add the chilli paste and cook them well
4) Once the oil is separated from the chilli paste ( abt 15 minutes later on medium flame), add onion and fry them.
5) Add ginger garlic and tomato puree
6) Finally add the tau, fried egg (optional) and salt and cook them for abt 5 min on medium flame before switching off the stove.
