Chicken sambal

Ingredients:

3 whole chicken pieces
Marination mix - Baba fish masala, Baba mutton masala,  3 tb ginger garlic paste)
Grinded sambal paste
Aginomoto
2 -3 onions diced
1 tb grinded onion
1 tb ginger garlic
2 tomatos grinded into tomato puree or 1 small can tomato puree
1 tsp salt

Method:

1) Prepare the marination mix and mix it with the chicken pieces and leave it overnight in fridge.
2) Fry the chicken pieces.
3) In a pan, add sambal and aginomoto and saute well for 10 min until the sambal mixture turn into
    dark red colour.
4) Add the diced onion, grinded onion and saute well.
5) Add the ginger garlic paste
6) Add 1 tsp salt, and tomato puree and cook well.
7) Finally add the chicken pieces and saute well.
