Pachadi

Ingredients:

1 cucumber
1 carrot
2 onions
Yogurt
4 -5 green chillis

Method:

1) Cut the cucumber pieces into small pieces. Mix the pieces in salt and leave aside.
2) Drain the excess water and leave the cucumber pieces aside.
3) Likewise cut the green chillis, carrots and onions into small pieces
4) Mix the cucumber pieces, green chillis, carrots, onions and yogurt. Add abt 1 tsp salt and mix well. Store in fridge.
