For this type of pirattal, you can use other types of leaves such as ponnaangkani , Sirukeerai, or manathakkaali keerai.
Ingredients:
1/2 onion chopped
3 dry chilli
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tb grated coconut
3/4 tsp salt
Method:
1) In a pan, add dry chilli and sauté them well until they become dark.
2) Add onion, ginger garlic paste, grated coconut and salt and sauté well.
3) Add the vegetables and cook them well for 2 -3 minutes.
