Ingredients:
1 onion chopped finely
1 tb ginger garlic paste
Some curry leaves
2 tb Baba's fish masala
2 potatoes cubed
1 sweet potato cubed
Salt
Method:
1) In a pan , add oil and heat it. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
2) Add onion and cook until the smell disappears
3) Add curry leaves and sauté well
4) Add the fish masala and let it cook for abt 5 minutes until the masala separates from oil. Add salt.
5) Add the potato and sweet potato cubes and let it cook under low flame for abt 10 to minutes until
the cubes become soft.
Note: You can use this to stuff into the curry puffs.
